windows could not update the computer's boot configuration windows 8

this always happens when i try to reformat my laptop then suddenly this error appears it wont let me finish the windows installation,i even use windows 10 still it appears. i badly need help for this one i cant use my laptop for now.
i already do delete partition
format fs=ntfs
what should i do? Thanks A Lot!

did you use diskpart to delete your partition ?
Every Windows installation has the HDD configuration part where you delete, create and format partitions.

Can you provide some details ? Like laptop make/build, hdd size, if you're you upgrading from Windows 7 ?
Are you installing windows 10 clean or doing a windows 7, 8.1 free upgrade to 10 ?

clean install to windows 8.1 120gb hdd my plan was to reformat to the same windows but this error pops up
