windows crash after 2 minutes

Windows crash after 2-3 minutes even in safe mode.
cpu and gpu temps are fine also tried replacing the RAM.
anything i could try before reinstalling windows?
specs:
i7 2600
gtx 570
corsair SSD
8GB RAM

how does it crash? does it give you blue screen? does it show any kind of error?
