Windows crashing after coming back from sleep mode/hibernation?

I am getting a BSOD after i wake my computer up from sleep mode, This windows install is pretty new (5 months ) and evrything else is too pretty new too. (execpt the cpu wich is an i5 2500 3 years old.)

Any help is appreciated.

What version of Windows do you have and what mobo do you have?

I had a lot of difficulty with sleep mode and Windows 7. Are you getting the message every time it comes out of sleep mode?

Do you have the latest drivers installed for the mobo?

What sleep mode is the BIOS set to? (S1, S3)
