[SOLVED] Windows created partitions after re-installing windows, can I hide/remove these?

It created these partitions that all have a drive letter assigned to them. They contain log files of some sort (recovery.txt)
Is it safe to hide them? Or delete them alltogether?

Please show us a screencaap of the Disk management window.

The easy solution is to remove the drive letter, in Disk Management. Do NOT delete the partitions.

I have 1 SSD (C: drive, where my Windows is installed) and 1 HDD: (A: drive)
L Drive is an external USB drive

To remove/change a drive letter, right click on the specific partition. Select "Change drive letter or path" to do that.

Disk 0:
Remove the drive letter E from the first partition.
Remove the drive letter F from the rightmost partition.
Change the Drive letter A to something else. A and B should not really be used.

Disk 1:
Remove the drive letter D from the first partition.
Remove the drive letter G from the rightmost partition.
