Question Windows Deadlock

Strange issue the last couple of days. I run two monitors, google chrome on one and usually steam on main. I was watching a video and operating my main screen when the mouse and keyboard just stop working. Display and sound continue for a bit, but eventually both internet and sound cut. Wondering what is going on. I blew out a ton of a dust and made sure my fans were working and I will check temps today. Any other info or tips would be great!

very weird issue. Display remains but deadlocked. No windows crash displays in reliability monitor.
