can I execute multiple video files with the windows 10 default media player at the same time?

Now every time I pause a video and want to execute another one, the paused one will be ended

Is there a reason you can only use Windows Media Player? I can open two instances of VLC and play two media files, simultaneously, without issue.

No particular reason to use any player but I don't need to right click and choose from the menu I can just double click on the file and windows player plays immediately

Well, if you don't want to right-click or manually start multiple instances of a media player, you're pretty much out of luck.
