[SOLVED] Windows Defender BIG PROBLEM

I wanted to open windows defender but when i did it i had to go to search bar and type windows security. When it opened it showed nothing in left side i cant do anything please help.

with WIn10, you can merely type , DEF in the search bar, and you should see it in the popup results....

Often , Defender is disabled as a result of installing other AV products...
