Question Windows Defender literally shows no options!!

And yes i've pressed the "menu" and it's blank, by menu i'm refering to the three lines.
P.S- Don't mind the language, it's portuguese and it adds nothing.
P.P.S- I do not have any other antivirus.

Yeah, this isn't a new problem it's been like this for a few weeks now so yeah i've restarted since then

I did as it was said in that article alltough, sadly, to no avail. I guess i'll just format the pc once i have the time to. Thanks anyway.

what have you tried?
have you scanned your system to look viruses?
have you installed some third program?
have you run the tools for repairing windows?
