Windows Defender notification pops up sometimes saying that my Defender is deactivated, but it's not.

Basically, sometimes a notification pops up saying that my Defender is deactivated. When I check it, it's all fine. I recently upgraded to Anniversary edition, I did not encounter this problem in before Anniversary. I do use another anti virus, and Defender is only on for scans every once in a while.

It may have said that they are all deactivated, but they weren't deactivated though.

Just got the notification again, it says that my AV and Defender is deactivated. I know that my Defender isn't activated the same way my anti virus is, but my AV isn't deactivated as I checked it and it was on.

seem like an issue with Anniversary update, make sure you got all the windows update after that.
And see if your other AV have an update too.
