Question Windows Defender says there is a trojan in game file ?

I just downloaded "just cause 4" from the pirate bay . Its a realese from EMPRESS. At about 80 % mark of installation, the windows defender gave out the message on the picture. Is that really a trojan? What should I do?

Reformat & reinstall Windows --- then stay away from pirated games & software sites in future, that's just asking for trouble as it's a classic route for malware distribution.

I have been using torrents for installing games and soft my whole life. Often, antiviruses give false alarms, thats what I am trying to figure out in this specific case.
