Question windows defender

on app and browser panel it is showing a yellow triangle and reporting a potentially unwanted app ..... i have not downloaded or installed anything new and if i click on the app and browser panel it does not show any details of what it thinks is unwanted.

on the defender home page the triangle it on the app and browser control , i just did a full defender scan and it got quarantined , it was a left over bit from when i stopped using ccleaner , i know this because it says the name pirform on the quarentine
