Windows-Dell drivers issues

Just wiped my hard drive clean with dban nuke. I don't have the drivers and utilities that came with my dell. I downloaded the drivers off Dell's site but can't get them to run on my computer. I have a "PXE-MOF: exiting PXE Rom" Error

Can someone help me out?

Yeah, you only do that once then you learn to have your drivers downloaded and on a flash/dvd drive before you wipe. LoL

How about you post a make and model# of the pc at least
