Hi!

As i said on the title, Windows Desktop Manager always disabled after switching accounts. So, it's disabled tranparency and the aero effect on both windows user accounts and it's bugging me out.
Could anyone here give me explanation why and how to fix this bug forever? For now i just ran
troubleshooter which gave me temporary fix, that if i happen to switching account again it's happened AGAIN! Gosh, i kno[]w that it's just some minor issue but it's annoying nonetheless.

Thanks in advance.

  1. Click Start (orb).
  2. In the Start Search textbox type Services.msc If prompted by the UAC, provide a password or confirmation. Click Continue.
  3. Scroll down until you locate the entry that is labeled Desktop Window Manager Session Manager.
  4. Right-Click on this service. Select Start from the context menu.
  5. Right Click once again on the entry. Select Properties from the context menu.
  6. Go to the “General Tab” to change the start up type to Enabled. Click OK.
