Windows Detecting ZOWIE XL LCD (Digital) but I have the BENQ 2411Z (That I thought was LED)

So yeah.... not sure what's going on here.
Help would be nice 😀
 
Download the monitor driver from BenQ and install them. This should fix this minor issue.

LCD = Liquid Crystal Design
LED = Light Emitting Diode

All monitors that are not plasma are LCD. The LED is the lighting behind the screen allowing you to see the screen picture. The old style was lit with a light bulb and not led's which was a lot less efficient. The two (LCD and LED) are not mutually exclusive so this is a non issue.
 


I went on the BENQ site and looked up this monitor and the only driver was for Windows 10. Not sure what to do then. I have Windows 7.
 
It is the same exact monitor. the manufacture is BenQ the model name is Zowie ( not all monitors have a name ) the Model numbers are the same. it is the same exact model. The issue here is your understanding of hte equipment. :) it happens and no one is perfect and this could be confusing to the uninitiated
