Question "Windows didn’t shut down properly" - - - - seems to occur after accessing the BIOS ?

Hi everyone, I have a two month old Lenovo Legion 5i Pro laptop. I have noticed that since purchasing the laptop occasionally I will get a critical event error in reliability history
saying that "Windows didn’t shut down properly". I wouldn’t have known that unless I looked.

I have been unsure what has been causing the issue, I thought it was PSU-related but it wasn’t that, and it wasn’t RAM as all diagnostics came back fine.

I have narrowed the issue down to the BIOS as it only ever happens sometimes after accessing it. The BIOS looks visually fine and remembers all selections fine.

The laptop works really well apart from these errors every now and again and as I say, I wouldn’t know the issue has happened without checking reliability history.

Any advice? Cheers.

Why do you have to look at the reliability history if your laptop works fine?
