[SOLVED] Windows didnt load properly.

This morning i tried to get on my pc. First everything was going like usual. Then suddenly my pc crashed. My pc restarted about 3 times, and then windows tried to fix itself. It didnt work. Then i got this blue screen and it said aomething like: system32 logfiles srt srttrail.txt. I panicked and formatted my pc (not sure if that is the correct term). And when it was done my pc strted, then it crashed 3 times, windows tried to fix itself and didnt succseed. This time it told me that windows didnt load correctly. This time i googled how it could be fixed. But i needed my pc's administrators information but they got deleted and i cant log on to it because my windows wont load. Pls help asap. (Sorry if i had any typos i was writing on my phone)

I'm unclear what you mean by "formatted my PC", but if you formatted your C: drive, you've erased Windows and will have to reinstall; or, if you have a backup, restore from the backup.
