Windows disappeared after installing ssd

Hello. I recently bought a new ssd (toshiba a400 240gb), and I formated my pc with a pen drive, it was all running smoothly, till today, that I turn on my computer and it says “Reboot and Select proper Boot device or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key”
Ive changed sata ports, took hd out, took cd disk out, so that only ssd was available, tried to start from hd, tried disabling legacy, nothing works, do I have to reinstall windows? Thanks in advance

So I did a fresh installation of the Win 10 Pro, BUT, I had to unplug the hd from the pc because for some reason it makes the pc very slow, I now only have ssd plugged and everything us fine, I tried plugging in the hd and its slow again, could my hd have died?

You SET BIOS SETTING TO ASCHI AND SET YOUR SSD with operating system as boot device?
