Windows does not load after installing new hyper212+

I bought a hyper212 + and installed it and now windows does not load. When it first boots it shows the "starting windows" then goes to this screen telling me theres a possible software/hardware problem and to try booting from the install cd. I did this step and nothing happens, after the whole installing windows files thing it does it just shows "Starting Windows" and hangs there indefinitely with none of those color balls when windows normally loads. Did I break my mobo or something? All my components are recognized in the BIOS and even the CPU temps have dropped about 10c.

im guessing this is RAM your talking about, you will need to check voltages and memory timings and make sure they are correct.

so it seems like i might have fixed the problem, seems like my OLD ram that I am also using might have been a problem, haha Im such an idiot. now i guess i know why they say you shouldnt mix ram even though it seemed to work for like the past few months

still, a cpu cooler should do absolutely nothing to change your situation.

Installing a cpu cooler could not cause this problem. It must have been a problem already or you knocked something loose.
