When I started up my computer this morning windows could not find my hard combined 2x1gb harddrives anymore. I use a SSD for my windows but most of my files are on the harddrives. I now can't acces them anymore. I checked disk management and I can see the disk, but it say it 'failed'. Tried rebooting, looked in the bios and it was seen there as well. What can I do?

Harddrives are Samsung 1gb connected as 1 harddrive of 2 gb.

Solution
try plugging in each drive one at a time and see if windows recognizes them singularly if one is dead then so be it ,
you should be able to format the drive that is ok and use it as a storage drive
I checked my bios and device manager again, and I realized that both hard drives of the raid 0 should be in the bios, and only one is showing up. Probably the other drive is broken. Is there a way of checking to see if it is broken? What should I do now? The Data is probably lost, I took that risk, but since its mostly movies games and music, it is okay.
