windows does not see my headphones

when i put my headphones in my pc its says that nothing is installed but they are installed and plugged in

windows 10

Well this will be either a driver problem or speakers problem.

Try Going to your Motherboard site and search for the driver there.

If not found go to device manager and uninstall the sound drive (ex:realtek) and choose remove files if pops up.

Restart and check for update for that driver through device manager.

Go to windows services (services.msc) and check if windows audio is started

If not found go to device manager and uninstall the sound drive (ex:realtek) and choose remove files if pops up.

Restart and check for update for that driver through device manager.

Go to windows services (services.msc) and check if windows audio is started

first thing what I tryed is removing the driver and update is than it will update to NVIDIA high definition Audio but when i do that i can use only HDMI so the audio from my hdmi to tv is working but from my headset its dead

There should be 2 sound drivers (NVIDIA HD audio) in your case and another one (the motheroboard ones)
