[SOLVED] Windows doesn't boot after restart / shutdown ?

I just got a m.2 ssd and decided to reinstall windows on it. I wiped my old windows drive and everything seems to be working fine. However when i restart my pc i get the following message
Recovery
Your pc/Device needs to be repaired.
a required device isn't connected or can't be accessed. Error code:0xc00000e
To circumvent this i need to go into bios and exit, and the pc boots to windows without any issues.
The m.2 drive is recognized in bios and works fine in windows, but it's not available in the list of boot devices.

What OS are you on? If Windows 10, what version of Windows 10 are you working with? To rule out a corrupt installer, recreate your bootable USB installer using Windows Media Creation Tools and making sure you're on the latest BIOS version for your platform prior to installing the OS. As for the SSD, mind sharing the make and model of said SSD? Remove the HDD and see if the issue persists.
