I changed the number of processor in the msconfig boot settings (YES, IM STUPID) and now windows won't boot under any mode. That's everything what I know about the situation and also i have no idea what to do.

I have more than one computer at the house and a USB HD/SSD dock. I would pull the drive out of the computer and dock it and edit the msconfig file on a working computer. That may not work for you.
