Windows doesn't let me login to any new accounts

Every time I make a new user account, everything seems to be working normally until I try and log in.When I try to log in, to all the different user accounts I've made it immediately logs back out saying "The user profile service, service failed to logon. User profile cannot be loaded."

I've made many different user accounts but the result is always the same.

Any help would be really appreciated.

I tried this but the new users accounts I make don't show up in regedit or in user accounts folder in windows, so I can't follow those steps to fix the corrupted User account as it doesn't show up anywhere.
Also none of the the other steps worked.

Did you have anything listed under the below registry entry? There should be multiple SIDs, and when you click on one of them, a the specific username is displayed on the right hand column.

All of my normal users are there except from the new ones I make which don't show up there.

Have you tried using a different admin account to create new users?

I only have one admin account

Basically, it's caused when an account is deleted, but a SID is leftover in the registry. You may want to remove all old SIDs from the profile list registry location (be careful not to delete the 3 shorter named entries). Then go to C:\users and delete all non-essential profiles there as well. Each profile in c:\users should have a corresponding entry in the registry section.
