Question windows doesnt load from ssd

i migrated the os and also did change the priority order but its not working. i also did a fresh installation before but it wouldnt detect any os
i have dell l502x

i migrated windows 10 home to wd green 240gb ssd using mini tool partition wizard. the size was around 140gb.
the laptop has wd hdd
please help me out
in the bios menu it said cd drive because i inserted the ssd in the cd drive bay and i moved it to the top but doesnt work
