windows doesn't recognise more than 1 video card

I 've just completed a mining rig X5 Sapphire nitro+ limited edition 8GB

I m using the H81 PRO BRC R2.0 motherboard

thay are all using risers,thay all work fine separate,even when i boot they all work and spin but windows only recognises 1 video card and that is the one placed in the PCIx16(the big slot)

i've tryed a lot of things , the motherboard is conected to 2 molex pins for extra power(i m using 2 PSU X750)

I've tedsted each individual card and mined with it 31 mh/s after bios flash each one of them,

I rly cand figure it out why the pc/windows only recognies 1 of them when they are all working ans spinning

The problem might be the risers not working properly, have you tested each one of them individually?
