Windows doesnt recognize a Seagate Hybrid SSHD

I have a 1TB seagate SSHD that was working fine before I changed a bunch of components in my computer such as the mobo, cpu, ram, and gpu. Now once I've connected it to my motherboard (in every single sata port other than the one my boot hard drive is on) it doesn't show up in the BIOS or disk management. Any suggestions? I think it might have to do with the weird way the hybrid drive works but I still dont know why it worked on my old motherboard and not my new one (B60m ds3h).

i5 8400
gtx 1060 6gb
8gb ram

cosmicminecraftgaming, suggestion would be test it on another unit. Does the drive spin up? Have you checked cables as well?
