I've been doing some google'n and can't seem to come up with a solid answer. Every I shut down and/or restart my PC, it seems as if it doesn't remember a lot of my settings. Programs are reverted back to default in some cases even such as my Voicemeeter Banana software. The software itself doesn't remember any changes after a specific save even when I save my current settings, but my main concern is my audio properties and desktop settings. After a reboot, disabled audio devices are again enabled and assigned as the default, along with desktop icons sometimes not being back where they were last placed. I've recently done a fresh install (within last 2 weeks) and haven't added much to the PC outside of my games, security, and a couple random programs like WinRAR and WinAmp. Any help would be greatly appreciated. It's really annoying to turn the computer on and spend 10 mins setting everything back the way it was.
