I have a problem, which is written in title. I don't have it if I use Win+L or change user from the start menu, only when waking up from hibernation. The keyboard doesn't response for roughly 30 seconds, not much, but still annoying. My keyboard is connected to computer via the USB hub on my monitor alongside with the mouse, but mouse doesn't expririence that effect as keyboard, I can move the cursor around freely. How can that problem be fixed?

Stop unnecessary startup apps and devices from starting when Windows starts up then restart.
Now hibernate and check if it still happens.
If still happening change the keyboards USB port on the hub and check again.
