recently I had problem with my LAN adapter on my notebook (Realtek PCI GBE Family Controller) with Windows 10. I decided to uninstall drivers and reinstall them again. Installation of the drivers failed with alert "If deep mode enabled please plug in the cable". I can see that device in device manager I can even edit it's properties "MAC address, WOL, etc" but it doesn't show up in Network adapters and i can't connect to internet with it. I already tried restarting PC, putting out battery, starting with plugged cable, but nothing helped. Since than, the same thing happened even with my USB WLAN card, that works fine on other PC.
