Windows don't boot up

I have Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit
Yesterday I runned HitmanPRO it said I have malware I restarted and my computer dont start up
It shows:

That's likely the problem. Hitman Pro found malware installed inside a critical Windows file. When it deleted it. Windows broke.

For the record, Tom's Hardware does not support software piracy in any form. Go purchase a legitimate Windows license.
