So as a little bit of backstory, I play a decent amount of CS:GO, and for some reason if you flick the mouse too hard while playing, the mouse will flick to the second monitor and tab me out of the game causing frustration on my part and that of teammates. So to fix this problem I found out about a windows key combo that was new to me, Windows + P, im sure you all know about it but incase you dont it opens a little charm bar on the right side of the main monitor screen and gives you four display option to choose from, Main Monitor, Second Monitor, Duplicate Screen, and Extend Screen. I normally run in Extend but when I play CS:GO I swap to Main only which effectively kills the connection to the 2nd monitor making it unusable until I go back into Windows+P and change the setting again.

Well that method was working great until last night my computer crashed in the middle of a game(which in and of itself is a rare occurrence) but now since it crashed when I go back into Windows+P and try to swap back to Extend mode it wont do anything. I have checked all the connections from the monitor to the PC, I have updated drivers to the latest AMD Crimson software, I have tried unplugging and plugging the monitor back into the wall, back of the monitor, and pc multiple times.

I am now at a loss to how to fix this, and its a significant problem for me as I watch tv on the second monitor while I do schoolwork/play games on the main monitor. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in Advance.

Okay, I fixed it, apparently when my computer crashed AMD Eyefinity automatically setup a profile so when I tried to do anything with windows display options Eyefinity would override it making it pointless. All I had to do to fix it was disable AMD Eyefinity.
