Hello all,
I have recently been noticing that the space remaining on my SSD which holds windows has been running out of space. I cleaned all the temp files, did all the normal stuff, deleted apps, etc. and I had cleared up 16gbs of space out of 256. By the end of the day, that was down to 8, so I installed WinDirStat which analyzes whats using space on hard drives.
I happened to notice that under /program data/microsoft/search/data there was a file (windows.edb) that is almost 80gb. I don't really understand what this file is, but how do I make it smaller... I feel like this can't possibly be right.
Thanks.
