I took a quick look before posting but didn't see anything that answers my specific question.
I have Win 10 and I set it up using an email from Bell in Canada. They partner with Microsoft for quite abit, but since my area is still DSL only, I decided to switch providers. As a result I want to change the email I use to access my Windows 10 account.
I have a separate hardware issue which will prompt a reinstall of the OS.
So my question is, I registered my gmail account to Windows as an alias, but can't remove the original Sympatico account (group policy nonsense - this is my personal machine). If I reinstall and give the gmail account, will it still validate the install? Or am I concerned about nothing since I have the activation keys locally?
