Question Windows Error: 0xc000014c

Hey Guys,

So I finished my first pc Build today and thought I had the hardest part behind me but now it's been hours and I just cant figure out how to get windows onto my pc.

At first, I would get a windows prompt after I clicked install asking me to load drivers, for my USB. I searched online and could not find a single method or trick that worked for me to get past it. So I created a new Iso file on my chromebook and then created a new bootable usb, I changed the usb hoping maybe that was the problem. Now with the new usb I get the windows error shown here:

Status: 0xc000014C
file: /efi/microsoft/boot/bcd

Could someone please help me out with this.

full system spec?
did you download the latest windows 10 installation media from MS site?

Oh I'm sorry, forgot to include that.
Specs:

CPU: Ryzen 3 1200
MOBO: Asus Prime A320M-K
GPU: AMD R9 270
RAM: 8GB DDR4
Storage: 240GB SSD

I did use the official windows website to download the ISO, I am downloading the the ISO file again, hoping that maybe this time it will work.

I have created a new bootable USB, and i'm back to the original problem, after i press install i get the message "a media driver your computer needs is missing". I have no idea how to get past this.
