It was all fine until 2 days ago when i was clearing out some old files, then the computer kept crashing and when i tried starting some games such as csgo and payday - and they both crashed within 30 seconds - i checked and verified the game cache and all was good.
so far i have
-memory scan
-disk scan
-reinstalled all drivers
-tried multiple registry scanners and repairers
-reinstalled bitdefender as i read up this was the problem causing it

Then last night the i turned back on my computer and it was giving me an (avc3sys) error so i restored my windows and reinstalled all the drivers and it is still not working. can someone please advise me on what to do.
Thanks

Hi i have just reinstalled bitdefender and its still happening.

i installed and ran "whocrashed" and got this "No valid crash dumps have been found on your computer"

If you get the error message "cannot find source files"you need to have an ISO file mounted and need to specify where it is located with the below command
The ISO must be exactly the same version as the running OS. An ISO of 10586.0 will not repair a running system of 10586.35 because it has additional updates and files.
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /source:WIM:X:\Sources\Install.wim:1 /LimitAccess Where "X" is the drive letter where the ISO is located. Simply change the "X" to the correct drive letter

thats from 1st link i gave to sfc/dism

You need to download windows 10 from here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/software-download/windows10 before you can try that one. You would also need it for the superuser link too

i not seen this error before, but your situation closely matches the severfault thing and this to a degree: http://www.tenforums.com/performance-maintenance/29947-sfc-some-corrupt-files-can-not-fixed.html. it looks like something was bent out of shape when you deleted those old files.

hopefully this fixes it all. the files on the iso will at least not be corrupted.
