windows error code 1008 OFTEN!

i keep getting (with whatever program i launch) an error that says that it can't launch, but it is random sometimes it's discord other times it's chrome you name it it is just completely random. and after the error if i just click it again i can start it just as normal. i am confused and it's getting very annoying. would really appreciate someone with a solution for my problem thanks.

try running sfc and see if it fixes it
search cortana for command prompt - right click the command prompt search result and click run as admin
type SFC /scannow and press enter
once its completed, copy/paste this command into same window:
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth and press enter

SFC fixes system files, DISM cleans image files, re run SFC if it failed to fix all files and restart PC
