Windows error on boot up

every time i boot up to windows 8 i get an error massage as follow (from windows EVENT Viewer):

i do not know whats wrong with this, and can this be related to my motherboard? i turned in my computer for a diagnostic check and they told me that the DMA controller failed, however after doing some bios/driver updates they did not see the problem any more.
