Windows Experience Index Not Working

My Windows Experience index is not working. I click on "rate this computer", and nothing happens. My old scores are gone, but I haven't tried using it in probably 4 months. I have Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit SP1 OS Version 6.1.7601. Any suggestions on how to fix it?

The suggestions in the link worked. I had recently added 12gb of Corsair Vengeance which must have caused a Windows brain freeze. They actually addressed the issue of adding new hardware causing an inability to run Windows Experience index. Thanks for the help.
