Windows Explorer bug

Whenever I try to right click on my computer, half of the options on the right click are either gone or missing? Help

Is there a way to fix this?

What if you move mouse across it?
It seems like you disabled windows aero theme.

That's the thing, whenever I'd right click on something else, it sometimes shows half of the settings but when I'd right click on another thing, it just shows everything blank
