Windows Explorer Crashes when I right click a folder

about 3 months ago I installed a software called "right click image converter" and I don't think it was removed properly, and ever since, when I right click on any folder, windows crashes and restarts itself everytime. Could anyone please tell me a good way to fix this issue without having to reformat my computer?

Go in control panel and remove the program from the add/remove programs. Might be called ImageBadger as well.

In my computer do a search with "right click image converter" and then with "ImageBadger" and delete all that shows in there with those names.
