This problem began after I installed my new GPU.
Either through adding files to Sony Vegas, or transferring files to an external device, I get up a popup 'Windows Explorer has crashed'.

I'm completely unintelligent when it comes to OS, and so I have no idea why this is happening, perhaps it's the new drivers from the GPU?

Any help is appreciated!

No idea. If you think its the OS you could do a System File Checker scan.

Open command prompt as an admin (windows key, type command)
Then in the popup type "sfc /scannow" including the space, this finds and fixes OS issues, it fixed my outlook 2010 after the windows 10 upgrade
