Windows Explorer.exe Runtime Error

When ever I right click on my drives (HDD or SDD) I get this message. How do I fix this?

Hi netsuJ, this problem of your computer can't be solve using SFC /SCANNOW and changing task manager settings. The only solutions is to reset your computer windows 10 operating system. But of course backup all your files and data in all drives. Because you need to clean-up everything inside your storage. Do not format your drives, it will lost your recovery data. Actually I will create article how to solve this problem and in a few hours I will publish it in Facebook and in my site. Do it as what I said, to resolve your problem immediately.
