Windows Explorer: Flagging folders that contains nothing but empty folders

At work we have a quite extensive folder hierarchy for our projects.

This means that we (well, me at least!) spend a lot of time clicking down several layers of folders down to where a certain document might be located, just to find out that there is just an empty folder at the bottom.

What I would like a *lot* is a way to "flag" folders that contains nothing but folders.

Is there any scripts or plug-ins that can make this happen?

Thank you for your reply, but I can not see how this solves my problem?
What I want are folders that automatically change color the moment anything other than a folder is put into the folder.

(That was mayby the most clumsy sentence I have written in english, but I hope you understand what I mean)
