This is a new build, about a month old, after not having a PC for about 4 years, so I'm a little rusty on trouble shooting. This is what event viewer shows for each time it happens (anywhere from 1-10 times a day, I'd guess):
Code:
Event 1026, .NET Runtime

Application: explorer.exe
Framework Version: v4.0.30319
Description: The process was terminated due to an unhandled exception.
Exception Info: exception code c00000fd, exception address 00007FFEE24B15E8
And then there's a parallel info event saying that the shell stopped unexpectedly and explorer restarted.

I've run sfc scannow, and tried something I saw online, a registry tweak to do with One Drive explorer integration, neither seemed to make any difference.

Let me know if there are any other scans I should run to provide more info. Thank you!

Hey there Alexander,
What are your computer specs?
Please let me know so I can hopefully find a solution.
Edit: Also try updating your PC and/or repair your windows installation.
Please also try typing (as administrator in the command prompt) sfc /scannow then click enter then after that finishes, type Repair-WindowsImage -Online -RestoreHealth and click enter.

Hope this helps
