Windows explorer has stopped working

Im experiencing this problem whenever im trying to view the properties of "My Computer". I don't even know how to fix this please help .

and whenever Im trying to play some pre-installed microsoft games, this message im having this error.

Gigabyte z170x g5
Intel integraded graphics 530
Ram 2x4gb
Ssd Crucial mx300 275gb

If your windows explorer has stopped working then download ShellExView, install it, and then sort your companies by company. After that just stop all the non MS companies and you will get rid of this problem hopefully.
