Windows explorer won't work

Explorer doesn't want to open sometimes, the search bar in windows explorer doesn't work, the green bar is just loading slowly then stopping. And sometimes when I type in a word in the search bar and press enter it doesn't search. Like it is ignoring when I press "enter".
Help?

Can you please try Disabling C Drive?

Also, please try disabling Indexing as explained here.

Please report back if the above solutions don't work, and you want some advanced and more technical suggestions.

PC specs for more help. Please don't make us guess. and I think that is Defragmenting, not disabling. If SSD, leave it alone, never defrag it. Windows uses TRIM to keep it snappy.

I have the Samsung 850 ssd and WD Blue 3TB hardrive.
But they seem to work according to userbenchmark
