[SOLVED] Windows Facial Recognition wont unlock PC - "Something Went Wrong"

I try to log in using Facial Recognition and it will recognize me but will not unlock the PC. It still makes me use a pin or password to access.

I have tried reconfiguring Windows Hello, reinstalling drivers for biometrics and camera, sfc /scannow, repairing windows, and changing local group policy to disable enhanced anti-spoofing measures. This computer is part of an Azure Active Directory. I have poked around in AAD but have not seen anything relevant.

Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

I have solved this issue. I stopped the Windows Biometric Service and deleted the entries in C:\Windows\System32\WinBioDatabase\ then restarted the PC.
I then set up the facial recognition again and it worked!

Just a side note....I used facial recognition and couple days later decided to shave my beard! Lesson learned!!
