Windows Factory Reset stuck

Hello, I am wiping my laptop to sell it online, and all was going well until I got to 68%, then it got stuck, and has been for 2 days now. It's not frozen the spinning dot circle is still spinning and my hard drive light is still flashing. Some people said to just wait and some say to restart, what should I do? I have a Alienware 15 R2.

you should always do clean install of windows when you need to reset everything

Before I did the reset I did do a clean install of windows

I did a factory reset. Like wipe everything from my computer

Try factory reinstall again and if it gets stuck you may need the restore disk. If you didn't create restore disks then you may have to use windows creator tool to make a windows install. Pick the OS that you have the key for and give it a try.
