Hello guys,

So i followed this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MWapcEQZExs in order to remove ubuntu from my laptop, so i did everything except when he extended the Windows volume in "Disk management" in minute 3:55 cause it says that thier isn't enough memory for that action(why?). Anyway, when i restarted my laptop the ubuntu bootloader didn't load up as expected but instead i got stuck on a black screen with this flickering on the upper left side of the screen:

So what now? how can i fix this?
thanks guys

The hard drive does the problem, this is not helping cause it tries to boot from the hard drive

I don't wanna loose the data in it, so i want to find a less "harmful" solution before

repair didn't work, had to reinstall windows 7, but it didn't help either, still have have the same problem!

so i reinstalled windows 7, but it didn't help either, still have have the same problem!

During the Windows 7 install delete your partitions. Most likely you have more then one and that is what is messing up your boot process. It will be right at the beginning of the image process. Then proceed with installing Windows. It has been a while since I have done a manual install of Windows 7. This will destroy all of your data but should get you back up and running.

I did that, i have two big partitions. One with windows 7 and the other one is empty, i deleted them both but couldn't merge them for some reason. I also have another two small partitions. One is 1.5 giga size with system files, don't know what it is and i guess i should not delete it so i didn't, the other one is with drivers of lenovo (the laptop's manufacturer) which had been there since i bought the laptop, so i didn't delete it either. So after that, i installed the os on the partition that the previous installation of windows 7 was on it. The installation successfully completed, but as i said, the problem remains the same

In that case can you not use the manufactures restore? Maybe under F12 while booting?

I try to do again what you say, so i have two big partitions: one (Lets call it A) is Disk 0 unallocated space of 182 GB and its type is "Extended", the other one (Lets call it B) is also Disk 0 Unallocated space with 277 GB and its type is "Primary". When i try to create a new partition on B it works, but after the installation the problem still exists, However when i try to create a new partition on A, it says : "Failed to create a new partition on the selected unused space. [Error 0x8004240f]"
