[SOLVED] Windows failed to start (0xc00000f)

I turned my computer on this morning and the error in title popped up. I restarted and entered bios and tried to enter boot menu, but it says “The system cannot find any bootable devices.” However, both of my drives are detected (windows is on my ssd). The internet says to boot with a disk/usb with the windows installer, but that is not an option for me.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
